Yes, every month on the 10 th you will receive your rental owner’s statement via email (pdf). Any receipt that pertains to your
property can be found in your owner’s portal.
At year’s end, you will receive a “year-end” statement with a 1099-Rental Income.

No. One of the major benefits to using our Full-Service Property Management is the access to our vendors. If it were as easy to
just call a warranty service, we would use and recommend them all the time, but we don’t. Communication with a warranty
company is like calling the DMV…then connecting the DMV to your tenant. Enough said.
